Shipping, Returns & Warranty - Arteflame

SHIPPING
Free shipping is included on orders over $500. Items ship via freight or parcel depending on size.
- Processing: Most items 1–2 business days; large/heavy items 3–5 business days
- Signature may be required on delivery
- Inspect all items upon delivery before signing
- Report any shipping damage within 48 hours — contact the carrier to initiate a claim and preserve all packaging until resolved
- International orders: all tariffs, duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer's responsibility
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please contact Shop Luxe Home to initiate a return — an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required before sending anything back.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be new, unused, unassembled, and resalable
- Items must be in original, unopened packaging
- Eligible returns are refunded less shipping costs
- A 35% refinishing fee may apply for items not returned in sellable condition
- After 14 days, returns are considered case by case and may be subject to a restocking fee
Final Sale Items — Not Eligible for Return:
- Items purchased at a promotional, sale, or discounted price
- Orders placed with a coupon or coupon code
Shipping Charges on Returns:
- Return shipping to Arteflame is paid by the customer (unless the return is due to our error)
- For exchanges, shipping for the replacement item is paid by the customer
- If shipping was included ("free") at purchase, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
- Refused shipments or orders canceled after shipment will be refunded minus all shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee
Refunds:
- Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake
Order Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled prior to shipment only. Once shipped, standard return policies apply.
WARRANTY
Arteflame warrants its products against manufacturing defects for 3 years from the date of purchase by the original customer.
- Applies to private (non-commercial) use only — commercial use voids the warranty
- Non-transferable
- To initiate a claim, contact Shop Luxe Home — we will obtain a return authorization and coordinate return to the Arteflame factory
- Shipping to and from Arteflame is not covered and is the customer's responsibility
- Items not manufactured by Arteflame carry the original manufacturer (OEM) warranty

We offer complimentary standard ground shipping on most orders (*Exclusions apply) within the contiguous United States. Standard shipping carriers may include FedEx, UPS, or other trusted partners, and the specific carrier used may vary by item and supplier.
Expedited Shipping
For those who prefer faster delivery, expedited shipping options (such as 2-Day or Overnight shipping) may be available on select items for an additional charge. Please contact us at support@shopluxehome.com for availability and pricing before placing your order.

Products Fulfilled by Supplier Partners (Shopify Collective)
Some items at Shop Luxe Home are fulfilled and shipped directly by our trusted supplier partners through Shopify Collective. For these products, shipping timelines, packaging, and return or warranty conditions may follow the supplier’s policies. Any special conditions for a specific item will be noted on the product page, and our team will help coordinate with the supplier if a return, exchange, or warranty claim is needed.

Tracking details are sent automatically once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment.

For made-to-order, oversized, or freight items, tracking information may be provided closer to the delivery date.
