We currently ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

We do not currently ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. territories

  • International destinations

3. Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipping (United States – Contiguous 48 States):

  • Standard Shipping: Free standard shipping on eligible orders. Exclusions apply.  The majority of companies on this website offer free shipping.  However, a few do not.  Please see their shipping policy or at checkout you will determine if the shipping is complimentary. 

  • White Glove Delivery: Offered when available, at a fixed service charge.

  • International Shipping:
    We do not currently offer international shipping.

No Hidden Fees:
All shipping costs, including any applicable White Glove Delivery service charges, are calculated and displayed at checkout. There are no hidden fees.

 


 

4. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Contiguous U.S.):

Shipping methods, timelines, and packaging may vary based on the supplier, and any special shipping details will be noted on the product page where applicable.

Tracking information for these orders will be provided as soon as it is available from the supplier, and you will still receive updates and communication from Shop Luxe Home. Any shipping charges displayed at checkout for these products reflect the applicable supplier shipping terms. While fulfillment is handled by our supplier partners, Shop Luxe Home remains your primary point of contact for order questions, delivery issues, or support.

8. Delivery Issues

Resolution:
We will review the information and work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate and in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

 


 

9. Missing Items

If any items are missing from your order:
