Shipping Coverage

Shop LUXE Home ships to the contiguous 48 United States only.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Carriers

Orders are primarily shipped via UPS or FedEx.

Force Majeure

Severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions may delay processing or delivery. If delivery becomes impossible due to circumstances beyond control, an appropriate resolution will be provided.

 


 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Pamapic offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Include your order number and reason for return. We will coordinate with Pamapic on your behalf.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund:

• Item must be in original packaging

• Item must be unused and unassembled, with all tags attached

• Proof of purchase is required

• Return must receive prior approval

Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

Free exchanges or refunds apply only to:

• Wrong item received

• Defective or damaged items

For non-defective returns, a restocking fee may apply.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your financial institution may require additional processing time.


 

WARRANTY

Pamapic products include a one-year limited warranty.

Within the first year of purchase, if a product fails due to non-human damage, warranty service will be provided.
