The following return and refund terms reflect Somavedic’s official policies.
As your retailer, Shop LUXE Home will work directly with Somavedic to help resolve return, refund, exchange, or warranty issues in accordance with these terms.
REFUND POLICY (60 DAYS)
Somavedic’s refund policy lasts 60 days. If it has been more than 60 days since your purchase, unfortunately, a refund or exchange cannot be offered.
Return Shipping + Non-Refundable Fees
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return an unwanted item.
Please note that shipping costs and Monk Protect delivery protection are non-refundable.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a refund, the item must be sent within 60 calendar days from the date of purchase.
The product and its accessories (USB cable, power adapter, adapter tips) must be:
• Fully functional
• In original packaging
• Placed in an additional outer package to ensure adequate protection against damage during the return process
If the Somavedic device is returned without the original packaging or accessories, the refund amount will be reduced by $50 USD.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once Somavedic receives and inspects your returned item, you will receive an email confirmation.
You will be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
• Double-check your bank account for the refund
• Contact your credit card company, as posting can take time
• Contact your bank, as processing times can delay posting

Before shipping it to this address, please inform support@somavedic.com, and Somavedic will generate a return code.
As Somavedic cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item, they recommend using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance for added security.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
Somavedic only replaces items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email support@somavedic.com and they will provide the correct return instructions and address.
WARRANTY (MANUFACTURER POLICY)
Somavedic devices are covered by a general warranty period of 2 years, except for LED diodes, which are covered by a 5-year warranty.
Warranty repairs are carried out by the manufacturer only. The warranty covers material defects, functional defects, or defects arising during production.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect handling or acts of God (for example, lightning or earthquakes).
It also does not cover defects caused by unprofessional or careless handling, use contrary to manufacturer instructions, natural disasters, surges or under-voltages in the home network, mechanical damage (for example, falling), or damage showing signs of unauthorized interference with the device.
Warranty repairs or exchanges can only be processed within the active warranty period (either two years for the device or five years for the LED diodes) from the date of purchase.
