HigherDOSE products are fulfilled directly by the brand through our Shopify Collective partnership. Orders ship directly from HigherDOSE’s facility. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided. Shipping timelines may vary by product type and availability.
Returns
HigherDOSE offers a 120-day return policy on wellness technology products, including Infrared Sauna Blankets, Infrared PEMF Mats, Red Light Devices, Red Light Mats, Red Light Hats, Red Light Neck Enhancers, and Microcurrent Body Sculptors. If you are not satisfied with your wellness technology purchase, you may return the item within 120 days of delivery for a refund. A prepaid return label will be provided. Once the returned item is received at the brand’s facility, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Accessories
Accessories including brushes, bags, inserts, and covers also carry a 120-day return window. If opened, only defective accessories are eligible for exchange. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved returns.
Final Sale Items
Supplements, body care products, and cleaner products are final sale. However, damaged or defective items will be addressed.
Restocking Fees
Blanket inserts, mat covers, and brushes may incur a $15 per item restocking fee if returned individually. Items purchased in the same transaction as a wellness technology product are not subject to restocking fees.
Return Process
All returns must be initiated prior to sending any item back. Products must be returned in like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, torn, or missing major contents may be denied. To initiate a return or request assistance, please contact support@shopluxehome.com. Our team will guide you through the official return process and coordinate directly with HigherDOSE on your behalf. Please do not send items back without initiating the return process first.
Warranty
All HigherDOSE wellness technology products include a manufacturer-backed limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and proof of purchase is required. Damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, modification, or commercial use is not covered.
