Return Shipping & Labels
• Customers are responsible for generating their own return label and shipping the item to the return address provided via email

Return Label Deadlines
• Standard items: once a return label is issued, items must be shipped within 5–6 business days and received within 15–20 days of label creation
• Oversized/heavy items: must be shipped within 5–10 business days and received within 30 days of label creation

REFUNDS
• Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved
• Approved refunds are issued within 3–10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable

RESTOCKING FEES

  • Returns not related to approved defects, damages, or shipping errors may be subject to a restocking fee

  • Restocking fees are assessed by the manufacturer and may range from 0% up to 50%, depending on item condition, return eligibility, and compliance with return requirements

  • Custom finishes, made-to-order items, installed items, and items returned outside approved guidelines are not eligible for restocking fee waivers

DAMAGES & DEFECTS

• Photo and/or video documentation is required for all damage or defect claims
• Approved claims are evaluated to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, product replacement, or store credit
• Claims must be reported promptly after delivery

WARRANTY COVERAGE
• Residence Supply products include a 1-year standard manufacturer warranty
• Warranty claims require photo or video documentation and are subject to review and approval
• Extended warranty coverage may be available depending on the product selected (when offered)

CANCELLATIONS
• Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of order placement and before processing begins
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process (if eligible)

FAILURE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY
If a shipment is refused or returned due to failed delivery, any refund will be issued only after the item is received and inspected. Shipping and handling fees may be deducted.
